Support Services Careers

CareFlight employs a team of highly motivated and dedicated people who provide support services for our aviation and medical operations. We offer an opportunity for you to be an integral part of this team by contributing your skills in accounts, medical administration, general administration, IT, co-ordination, fundraising, marketing or public relations.

As a general guide, applicants should have excellent PR skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, good organisation and planning skills and sound computer skills.

Additional criteria would depend on position being advertised at the time.

Administration/Support – AeroMedical Co-ordinator

AeroMedical Co-ordinators are responsible for activating teams, planning itineraries, collecting and preparing relevant paperwork for missions, making arrangements for ambulances and other ground transport, monitoring the progress of flights and providing regular updates to the customers as the retrieval progresses.

The co-ordinator works hand-in-hand with the medical crew and consults with a Medical Director, experienced in retrieval medicine, on every mission. The role is both challenging and rewarding as you help people receive the medical care they require in their time of need.
