In Memory

If a loved one in your family has passed away and you would like to have memorial donations in lieu of flowers or tributes, we thank you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time and we are happy to help arrange this. Please give us a call on (02) 9843 5100 and we can organise Memorial Envelopes for the funeral service (please try to allow three working days if possible), or assist you to set up a specific donation page online. Your friends and family can then click on the link and make an online donation.

If you would like to donate in memory of someone, we are very grateful. We do send a letter of acknowledgement of your donation if you provide the details of the family, including the address. All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible. You can make this donation in one of two ways:

• Click here to donate online using a credit card. Please put the details of the family in the “I would like more information” box in the additional information section of the first page if you would like us to send an acknowledgement to the family.
• Print and complete the Donation Form (PDF, 39KB) and return it to us with your credit card details, cheque, cash or money order.
