Celebrations and Occasions

If you are having a significant family event such as a birthday or wedding, you can ask your friends and family to make a donation to CareFlight in lieu of presents. There are two ways of making this happen:

• Use an online fundraising site to contact your family and friends. This will allow them to make online donations and you to see who has supported you and CareFlight. See the online donations page for details.
• Fill in the form at the end of the Fundraising Guide (PDF, 358KB) and ask the CareFlight events team to send you Celebration Gift Envelopes.

Tributes and Memorials

If a loved one in your family has passed away and you would like to have memorial donations in lieu of flowers or tributes, there are two ways this can be done:

• Have the Funeral Director arrange for CareFlight Memorial Gift Envelopes to be available.
• Use an online fundraising site to contact your family and friends so that they can make online donations to CareFlight and send tributes, which you will be able to see. Details on the online donations page.
