Host an Event

Hosting a fundraising event for CareFlight is both rewarding and challenging. It offers the opportunity to raise much-needed funds for CareFlight while having fun.

Before you hold an event

If you would like to help CareFlight by running an event of your own, please contact the Events Department at events@careflight.org or phone (02) 9843 5165 to obtain CareFlight's Community Fundraising Guide. Alternatively, you can download the Fundraising Guide (PDF, 370KB). Complete and return the Fundaising Application which you will find on page 10 of the Fundraising Guide.

We can assist you with your event

If you wish to have CareFlight represented at your fundraiser or you would like to use CareFlight promotional aids, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can organise to be there. CareFlight merchandise (Bears, key rings, badges, caps etc) can be supplied to you at cost.

We would love to hear how your event went

Please provide us with copies of advertising, editorials and photographs, so that we can include your story in our publications.

All fundraising for CareFlight is regulated by an Act of the NSW Parliament (Charitable Fundraising Act 1991).
