One year old run over in driveway
A 1yr old boy has been run over in a driveway in Riverstone north west of Sydney. The child was found under the car. While bystanders moved the child and began CPR on the front lawn of the Galdstone Parade home, a call to 000 was made.
The NRMA CareFlight trauma team responded to the incident just after 10am. The Helicopter landed on scene as the first ambulance was pulling up. The NRMA CareFlight doctor and paramedics worked to start the child breathing again.
The child responded to treatment and is now being transported to Westmead Childrens Hospital by road ambulance under police escort. The CareFlight medical team are travelling in the ambulance with the child.
