CareFlight is an Australian charitable organisation with over 30 years’ experience in aeromedicine.  With bases in NSW and the NT’s Top End; and providing personnel to oil, gas & mining clients in WA, NT and off-shore, our people are dedicated to affording the highest standard of care to the ill and injured.  Our specially trained doctors, nurses and paramedics use helicopters, aeroplanes, medi-jets and road ambulances to bring a hospital level of care to and transport around 5,000 patients each year.

The role

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Regular Giving Donor Care Officer to join our Fundraising team on a part-time basis. 

About you

To be successful in this role you will have at least 18 months’ experience in a similar position and:

  • strong customer service and communication skills, including inbound and outbound phone experience;
  • confident problem solving skills with the ability to deal with donor requests;
  • intermediate record management and administration skills using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM);
  • accurate data entry skills with a strong attention to detail;
  • strong organisational and time management skills;
  • competent writing skills;
  • intermediate level Excel, Word and Outlook skills;
  • the ability to work independently, and in a team environment.

The following will also be highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge 7 or equivalent fundraising donor management software.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.
  • Willingness to participate in fundraising activities.
