On Saturday 6 June, at around 10.30am the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance after a girl aged in her early teens was injured when she fell from a horse and was trampled.

CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the girl at the scene for abdominal injuries.

The patient was airlifted to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a stable condition.
