On Sunday 26 July, at around 12.00pm the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a motorcycle track in Appin where a 19-year-old male had crashed going over a jump.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the patient at the scene.
The patient, accompanied by his mother, was flown to Liverpool Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
