A 35-year-old man has been taken to hospital in a stable condition after a collision between his motorcycle and a car on Megalong Road, Blackheath.
CareFlight’s rapid response rescue helicopter landed on Blackheath Oval just before 9AM this morning where NSW Ambulance paramedics were providing initial treatment.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and critical care paramedic provided further assistance to treat the injuries to his forehead and leg.
The man was airlifted to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
NSW Police also attended to the scene.
