CareFlight has proudly added Northern Trade Solutions’ (NTS) logo to its iconic Top End helicopter following the annual Club CareFlight Draw 2024.
Each year, dozens of Territory businesses support CareFlight through the Club CareFlight program, with one lucky member winning the opportunity to see their logo featured on a CareFlight aircraft. This year, NTS was announced as the winner, securing the unique honour for the next 12 months.
Supporting lifesaving services through Club CareFlight
Club CareFlight is a program designed for small-to-medium businesses across the Northern Territory who want to support vital aeromedical services in their community. Memberships include a one-off or annual donation, with funds directly helping CareFlight to save lives, speed recovery, and serve the community.
In return, members enjoy a range of benefits, including the chance to display their logo on a CareFlight aircraft.
About Northern Trade Solutions
Established in 2010 by a team of four, Northern Trade Solutions has grown into the Northern Territory’s largest multidisciplinary subcontractor, now employing more than 80 staff. Proudly 100% NT owned and operated, the business has expanded well beyond its early beginnings in plasterboard ceilings and partitions, now delivering multi-trade solutions for major projects across the Territory.
With a focus on local employment and Indigenous workforce participation—consistently exceeding the 10% Indigenous employment quota—NTS has been recognised with multiple Master Builders NT Excellence in Building and Construction Awards (2018–2021).
Finance Officer Vicky Chong said supporting CareFlight through Club CareFlight was a natural fit for the business.
“NTS is proud to be a local business with strong connections to the community. We are grateful to participate in CareFlight’s lifesaving mission. Club CareFlight is an excellent program for businesses like us to support CareFlight, while also enjoying the benefits offered to members. It’s a win-win for both parties.”
Connecting with CareFlight
For NTS staff, one of the most valued parts of the membership has been visiting CareFlight’s Darwin base.
“Meeting the crew and seeing the facilities provides our management and staff with the chance to truly appreciate the commitment of the CareFlight team,” Vicky said.
Their winning moment
On hearing that NTS had won the 2024 logo draw, Vicky said the whole team was delighted.
“We feel very lucky to be the winner and honoured to have our logo flying with the CareFlight team for the next 12 months.”
Looking ahead
Northern Trade Solutions plans to continue supporting CareFlight into the future. Their message to other local businesses is simple:
“Please join us to support CareFlight in this wonderful mission.”
