On Friday, 20 December shortly after 2pm the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance after a woman aged in her 50s suffered significant burns from a house fire in Penrith.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics provided critical care to the woman on scene for multiple burns before she was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
