On Sunday, 21 December about 9:45am the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to Berowra after a male in his 70s fell from a ladder and sustained head and spinal injuries.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics provided critical care to the patient at the scene before he was transported by NSW Ambulance via road to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
Later around 1:30pm the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was again tasked by NSW Ambulance to Erina Heights after a male in his 40s fell from a ladder and sustained serious head, back and hip injuries.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics provided critical care to the patient at the scene who was then airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
