On Friday, 7 November shortly after 9am the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance after a vehicle struck three pedestrians in Blacktown.

CareFlight’s specialist doctor worked alongside NSW Ambulance paramedics to treat three patients at the scene. The CareFlight medical team treated a patient in their 20s with a serious head injury, who was transported by road ambulance to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition. Another two patients were transported to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition with leg injuries.
