On Sunday, 11 January shortly after 9:00AM the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to Kembla Heights after a child was injured in a motocross incident.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the boy on scene for femur and ankle injuries.
The patient was airlifted to Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick in a stable condition accompanied by his mother.
