On Wednesday, 4 February, shortly before 10am, the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to Killara, after a woman in her 30s became trapped in her vehicle by a fallen tree.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the patient on scene for injuries to her head, neck and back before she was transported via road to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
