A 20-year-old woman has been flown to hospital after she fell from a horse in Glenworth Valley this afternoon.
CareFlight’s rapid response rescue helicopter was tasked at 3.25pm, landing at the scene.
NSW Ambulance paramedics also attended, providing initial treatment.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and critical care paramedic provided further treatment for back injuries sustained in the fall.
The woman was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
