A woman, aged in her 60s, has been flown to hospital with leg injuries after a fall in Upper MacDonald this afternoon.

The property where the woman reportedly fell remains without road access due to flooding.

The Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance shortly before 2:30pm and landed on the property.

CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance critical care paramedic performed a clinical assessment on the woman and provided initial treatment. She was carried by the team to the helicopter and flown to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
