A man in his 40s was taken to Westmead Hospital after he came off his motorbike on the Western Motorway near Jamisontown.
CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter landed on a bridge on the motorway shortly before 3pm this afternoon.
NSW Ambulance and NSW Police were also at the scene of the single vehicle crash.
CareFlight’s medical crew assessed the patient who had leg and arm fractures. He was taken by road by NSW Ambulance to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
