A 19-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital after his motorcycle collided with a tree in Ebenezer.
The motorcyclist sustained head injuries and lost consciousness in the incident.
CareFlight’s Rapid Response Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance shortly after 5:00pm and landed 12 minutes later by the scene of the incident where NSW Ambulance paramedics were providing initial treatment.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance critical care paramedic performed a clinical assessment and conducted an ultrasound on the man.
CareFlight’s clinical team continued providing care as the patient was airlifted in a stable condition to Westmead Hospital.
