A 22-year-old woman has been airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital after sustaining burns from the radiator of a car.
CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter was tasked after 12:30PM this afternoon and landed in Baker Park, Wyong. NSW Ambulance paramedics escorted the aeromedical crew to the scene of the incident.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and critical care paramedic provided further assistance to NSW Ambulance to treat the burns to the woman’s body.
The woman was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
NSW Police also attended to the scene.
