A woman in her 50s has been airlifted in a stable condition to hospital after she was crushed between a car and a fence in Holgate this evening.
It’s understood the woman tried to stop the car rolling backwards when she became trapped between the vehicle and a fence.
CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter was called to the scene on the Central Coast shortly after 5pm and landed at Paul Oval in Holgate.
The medical crew treated the woman, who sustained pelvic injuries, before airlifting her in a stable condition to Westmead Hospital.
