CareFlight invites our past patients, friends and family of past patients to join us for an exciting opportunity to meet our crew and clinicians and provide feedback on your experience to help us improve our services.
CareFlight has been saving lives and serving the community for 38 years. As part of our commitment to continuous quality improvement, we constantly look for ways to improve our services. As such, we would like to invite you to an exclusive past Patient, Friends, and Family Day at our Westmead Base.
During your visit, CareFlight’s clinical leaders would love to hear your feedback on your interaction with CareFlight as a past patient, friend or family member of a past patient, of our Patient Transport Service, Jets and Mounties Care CareFlight Rapid Response Helicopter services. We are eager to find out what we did well and what we can improve on. Feedback on areas where you think we could do better is just as important as what we did well! Your feedback will help us to continue to improve and shape our services.
You will also have the exciting opportunity to meet CareFlight clinicians from our Patient Transport Service, Jets and Mounties Care CareFlight Rapid Response Helicopter services, ask questions, climb inside our Helicopter Simulator and view the Mounties Care CareFlight Rapid Response Helicopter. CareFlight media staff will also be present on the day should you be happy to share your story.
We will be holding group feedback sessions at 11.30am and 1.30pm. Alternatively, Staff will be available if you prefer to share your feedback privately. If you are unable to attend this event we would still welcome your feedback though the online Patient, Carer or Clinical Feedback form link available at careflight.org/contact, or by emailing it to clinical-feedback@careflight.org.
