A man suffered suspected spinal injuries after he fell about three metres from a balcony on the Central Coast this afternoon.
CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter was called to premises at Empire Bay shortly after 3.30pm and landed on a nearby oval.
NSW Ambulance transported the patient from the scene to the oval where they met CareFlight’s specialist doctor and intensive care paramedic.
The medical crew assessed and treated the patient on scene before airlifting him to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
