On Saturday, 7 September, at about 9:30am, the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to respond to a single-vehicle accident in Artarmon.
A woman aged in her 80s was treated after her vehicle had left the road and struck a tree.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the patient at the scene before she was transported, by road, to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
