On Sunday, 15 March, shortly before 12:30pm, the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to Kurrajong, following a motorcycle incident on Bells Line Road.
CareFlight landed at Powell Park in Kurrajong Heights and were met by NSW Ambulance and the patient. CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man, in his 60s, for head and chest injuries before he was flown to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
