Pre-Hospital Trauma Course (PHTC)

The CareFlight Pre-hospital Trauma Course is our flagship course. Over two and a half days, participants cover the human factors and critical decision making skills, knowledge and technical skills required to perform effectively as a clinician in the pre-hospital environment.

CareFlight Aeromedical Retrieval Training (CART)

CareFlight’s Aeromedical Retrieval Training (CART) is an introductory course specifically designed for doctors, nurses and paramedics (including students) who are new to aeromedical work or are interested in pursuing a career in the aeromedical field and want to learn more about it.

First aid courses

A nationally accredited course, with participants receiving a recognised qualification. Our first aid course is for everyone who may need to administer first aid in a variety of situations from the workplace, sporting or community settings.

CPR training

A nationally accredited course, with participants receiving a recognised qualification. This course provides you with the knowledge and skills to maintain breathing and circulation in an unconscious non-breathing casualty following sudden cardiac arrest.
