A 27-year-old man and his two young children have been taken to Royal Darwin Hospital after their car rolled whilst travelling on Gunn Point Road this afternoon.
The car was travelling south when it rolled, ejecting the 27-year-old man and one of his children.
CareFlight, operating the Top End Medical Retrieval Service on behalf of the Northern Territory Government, tasked the Top End Rescue Helicopter to the scene just before 4pm and landed on the road near the accident.
NT Police and St John Ambulance paramedics provided initial treatment for the patients, who had sustained head injuries.
Our doctor and nurse provided further treatment for the patients as they travelled to hospital in St John Ambulance vehicles.
All patient’s arrived at Royal Darwin Hospital in a stable condition.
