An 18-month-old boy has been taken to hospital in a stable condition after he fell in Blacktown this morning.
It’s understood the little boy was sitting on a chair when he fell off and bumped his head.
CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter landed at an oval close to where the accident happened shortly after 11.30am.
The medical team assessed the little boy who was conscious and alert and decided to transport him to Westmead Children’s Hospital by road by NSW Ambulance. CareFlight’s intensive care paramedic and specialist doctor on accompanied the patient.
The little boy is in a stable condition in hospital.
