On Monday 18 November 2024 just before 08:30, the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance following a two-car collision at an intersection in Gordon.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics assessed and treated the driver of one of the vehicles at the scene, a female in her 30’s.
The patient was transported by a NSW Ambulance road ambulance, accompanied by CareFlight’s specialist doctor to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
NSW Ambulance paramedics also provided treatment to the other vehicle’s occupant, for minor injuries and conveyed them to hospital.
