A man, aged in his 30s, has been taken to hospital in a stable condition after suffering an electric shock in Carlingford earlier today.
NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived by road and provided initial treatment, before the critical care medical team arrived.
The Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked to the scene shortly before midday, landing within 10 minutes at Murray Farm Reserve.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance’s critical care paramedic conducted a full trauma assessment on the man and provided treatment at the scene.
The medical team provided ongoing monitoring for the man as he was transported by road with NSW Ambulance in a stable condition to Westmead Hospital.
