A 15-year-old male has been airlifted to hospital in a serious but stable condition following a motorcycle-car collision on the Central Coast this afternoon.
The miniature motorcycle and car collided at an intersection in Kariong.
CareFlight’s rapid response rescue helicopter was tasked to the scene at 4.23pm, landing shortly after in Peppermint Park in Kariong.
The bike rider was reportedly found initially unconscious. NSW Ambulance paramedics attended.
CareFlight’s specialist doctor and intensive care paramedic treated the male at the scene for his injuries, including a serious lower limb fracture.
He was airlifted to Westmead Children’s Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
