A motorcyclist is in a stable condition after he was run over by a car this morning in Drummoyne.
It is understood the 37-year-old rider was travelling along Victoria Road on Gladsville Bridge when he came off his vehicle and was run over by another vehicle.
The CareFlight rapid response helicopter was tasked just before 9am, landing shortly after in a nearby park.
Police conveyed CareFlight’s specialist doctor and critical care paramedic to the scene, where Ambulance crews were assessing the patient.
CareFlight’s medical team treated the man for multiple leg injuries.
Observation was continued by the CareFlight medical team as he was transported via road ambulance to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
