A 47-year-old motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with an ankle injury after a collision with a car in North Ryde this morning.
The crash happened on Lane Cove Road shortly after 8am.
CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter landed at Tuckwell Park, close to the scene of the collision.
The patient was taken by road by NSW Ambulance to Royal North Shore Hospital with CareFlight’s medical crew on board.
He’s in a stable condition and expected to have surgery on his injured ankle.
