A 24 year old man suffered a serious head injury in a skate park fall in Sydney’s south late this afternoon.
The CareFlight rapid response helicopter was called to the Green Hills Skate Park at Kurnell at about 6pm, landing nearby.
The medical team joined NSW Ambulance paramedics in treating the injured skater.
He was sedated and intubated at the scene before he was taken by road to St George Hospital in a serious condition with the CareFlight medical team continuing treatment on the way.
