At around 10am on Tuesday 30 April, the Mounties Care CareFlight Helicopter was tasked to Avalon in Sydney’s Northern Beaches to attend an incident at a skate park.
A 9 y.o. boy has suffered serious injuries to the face and head after coming off his bicycle.
The boy was treated at the scene by CareFlight’s specialist doctor, NSW Ambulance Critical Care paramedic and NSW Ambulance paramedics and transported to Westmead Children’s hospital by road ambulance in a serious but stable condition.
